At Vagabond Christian, we believe that the most powerful way to reach this generation is through the simple, radical acts of friendship and authentic connection. We are a ministry without borders, welcoming every individual—regardless of age, race, or religious background—into a community of grace.
Our goal is to walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives, helping them discover their true worth and eternal purpose in Jesus Christ. This isn’t a program to complete or a technique to master; it is a life-altering journey rooted in a personal relationship with the Savior. We strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus, meeting people exactly where they are with a love that is transformative, respectful, and deeply genuine.
What We Stand On
Our faith is the compass that guides our wandering. We hold to these core truths:
- The Word: We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God—our ultimate roadmap for life and truth.
- The Trinity: We believe in one eternal God who exists in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
- The Savior: We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ—His virgin birth, His sinless life, and the miracles He performed. We trust in His atoning death, His physical resurrection, His ascension to the Father’s right hand, and His promised return in power and glory.
- The Transformation: We believe that for lost and sinful humanity to be saved, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
- The Body: We believe in the profound spiritual unity of all believers, bound together by our common life in Christ.
